Six Schools in Thousand Islands Participate in Face-to-face Learning

The learning goes well under Covid-19 health protocols

The Thousand Islands Regency administration has noted that six schools in its region participated in the second stage of face-to-face learning (PTM) on Friday (6/11).

Thousand Islands Education Sub-agency Acting Head, Sri Rahayu Asih Subekti said that those six schools were SDN Pulau Tidung 01 Pagi, SDN Pulau Pari 01 Pagi, SDN Pulau Harapan 01, SDN Pulau Kelapa 01 Pagi, as well as SD and SMP Satu Atap Pulau Sebira.

"The learning goes well under Covid-19 health protocols," she expressed.

According to her, it was scheduled every Monday, Wednesday and Friday for SD and SMP levels with learning times at 8 AM to 10 AM.

"Every classroom can only accommodate 50 percent of the students. While for the rest are doing the learning virtually," she explained.

Aside that, all teachers in Thousand Islands had undergone the vaccination stage.

"Nevertheless they must remain comply with health protocols, where it aims to educate and give examples to students," she stated.
